Frequently asked questions.

The practical details—before and after you choose your artwork.

Is anything shipped?

No. Pride & Pixel artwork is a digital product. Nothing physical, including a television, frame or printed artwork, is posted to you.

What files do I receive?

A standard single-artwork purchase includes one high-resolution JPG artwork file and one PDF quick-start guide. Bundle contents are stated on the individual product page.

Will it fit my television?

Artwork is formatted at 3840 × 2160 pixels in the 16:9 ratio used by Samsung Frame TVs and many other displays. Transfer methods and Art Mode features vary by brand, model, region and software version, so compatibility is not universal.

How do I add the artwork?

Use the SmartThings app where supported, or copy the supplied JPG to a USB drive and import it through your television’s Art Mode or photo menu. Keep the image uncropped. Choose No Matte or Full Screen when available.

Why do colours look different?

Every display renders colour and brightness differently. Lower the television brightness until the image resembles a print rather than a glowing screen; ambient light can also change its appearance.

Can I share or resell the file?

No. Your purchase includes personal display rights only unless the product explicitly says otherwise. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing and use on products for sale are prohibited.
