These draft terms govern purchases from pride-and-pixel.com and require final review before live checkout.
Seller identity, Japanese address, taxes, governing law, jurisdiction and customer-service contact remain placeholders.
Digital products
Products are digital files; no physical item is shipped. Product pages form part of the contract and identify the files, price, intended format and any special conditions. Customers must check that their device and intended use are suitable before ordering.
Ordering and payment
An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Stripe will securely process payment. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected and affected payments refunded.
Delivery and access
Files are normally made available after verified payment through a secure confirmation or download page and order email. Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping download access confidential.
Custom artwork
Commission customers must own or have permission to use submitted references and must not request unlawful or infringing content. Scope, quantity, proofing, revisions and delivery timing will be shown before purchase. Timelines may change where a brief or reference material is incomplete.
Liability and customer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pride & Pixel is not responsible for losses caused by incompatible hardware, third-party service changes, misuse of files or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
