We want digital purchases to be clear, usable and correctly delivered.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Final Japanese and customer-location review is required before launch.
Change of mind
Because a digital file can be delivered and accessed immediately, change-of-mind cancellation may not be available once download access has been supplied, where the law permits this and the customer has received the required pre-purchase notice.
Faults and delivery problems
Please contact us if a file is missing, corrupt, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed. We will first provide a corrected file, fresh secure link or practical assistance. Where that does not resolve a qualifying problem, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be considered.
Custom work
Custom work already begun may not be refundable merely because preferences change. A separate commission brief will explain proofing, revisions and cancellation treatment before payment.
How to ask for help
Include your order number, product title, a clear description of the issue and any relevant screenshot. Do not send card details.
