Permitted-use licence.
A purchase gives you a limited licence to enjoy the supplied artwork; ownership of copyright is not transferred.
You may
- Store reasonable personal backup copies
- Display the artwork on televisions and personal screens in your home
- Display it in a private office or non-public personal workspace
- Resize or crop a personal copy solely to fit your own display
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the file
- Sublicense it or include it in another digital collection
- Print or place it on products for sale
- Use it in advertising, branding, broadcast, public venues or paid client work
- Use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI or machine-learning system
- Remove ownership notices or falsely claim authorship
Duration and enforcement
The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable for material breach. If it ends, all copies must be deleted. Contact Pride & Pixel before any use not listed above.
