Five-minute setup
Display your artwork beautifully.
Download the JPG, keep it uncropped, then transfer it with SmartThings or a USB drive.
Phone or tablet
- Install or update SmartThings and sign in to your Samsung account.
- Select your Frame TV, then open Art Mode.
- Choose Add Your Photos and select the supplied Pride & Pixel JPG.
- Choose No Matte or Full Screen if shown, then save to The Frame.
USB drive
- Copy the JPG to a standard USB drive and eject it safely.
- Connect the drive to the television or One Connect Box.
- Open Art Mode, locate the USB source and import the artwork.
- Open My Collection or My Photos and choose Set or Display.
Make it look like art
- Remove the matte so the artwork reaches every edge.
- Lower brightness until the screen resembles a print.
- Menu names vary slightly by model, region and software version.
